What can I expect in my first visit?

Your first consult will involve a deep personal history assessment (DPHa), from which we will create your individual transformation plan (ITP).

Do you accept insurance?

No.

How do I prepare for a session?

Whether in person or online, we recommend that your last meal is at least four hours (4hrs) prior to the session. Wear comfortable clothing, come with an open mind and be prepared to discuss your health and healing story, as well as your personal, spiritual and wellness goals.

Can I participate if I have no prior experience?

Yes. Our services are designed to accommodate all levels of experience. We provide personalized guidance.

What should I bring?

We advise that you bring comfortable clothing and an all white outfit for ceremony. The retreat space provides yoga mats and additional props. You'll receive more information and updates as we get closer to the retreat.

What is included in my Retreat?

Retreats include accommodations, meals and workshops. Transportation is not included.
